Special Rules and Charges for Certain Customers, Pets and Baggage.
WizzRide does not offer special fares for children or students, unaccompanied minors, etc.
i. WizzRide bookings are not transferable. If someone other than the entitled customer attempts to travel, or to obtain a refund in connection therewith, WizzRide shall not be liable to the customer so entitled, if in good faith it provides carriage or makes a refund to said person.
ii. Changes to a customer's name, the origin of travel, and/or the destination of travel are not permitted.
iii. Changes to the date or time can be made to a customer's booking by contacting WizzRide’s customer care facility/ WizzRide and completing the changes no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
iv. Changes to the reservation will be done after a payment of Rs.100/- as rescheduling fee.
Important Points for Passengers of Wizzride Shared Cabs.
The driver/car details will be shared ONLY one hour before Pick Up Time.
Max. of 2 Luggage Bags allowed per passenger.
Pets are strictly prohibited on the Shared Cabs.
All Pick Ups & Drops will happen as per the points mentioned on the ticket. No Door Pick/ Drop Service for Shared Cabs.
Consumption of alcohol/ Contraband substances is strictly prohibited.

For the safety of all passengers, Wizzride does not entertain passengers without a Valid Booking. In case of anyone found travelling without a valid PNR Booking, report this to feedback@wizzride.com immediately.
We give utmost priority to the safety of our lady passengers.
Please reach the Pick up point on time, the cabs will not wait beyond the waiting time of 15 mins to ensure an ON-TIME service.
All passengers including children 3 years old and above must travel with a full seat ticket.
Wizzride is an on-time service. However, we are not liable for delays caused by unexpected traffic congestions, land slides, acts of God.
