Nainital, Enveloped in a thick foil of nature, accentuated by the scent of the flowering blossoms blending miraculously in the crisp fresh air, Nainital is truly the treasure trove of Kumaon. It is among the most visited hill stations of North India since British period.Perched at an elevation of 2,084 metres above sea level, the glittering city of Nainital is hailed for being a parent to the ravishing Naini Lake from which it has earned the epithet of being the lake city. The Nainital town not only lures the domestic travelers and tourists but also a number of foreign tourists. It shines as a glittering jewel in the Himalayan Mountains and is surrounded with lakes and nature’s bounty.

Corbett, Established in 1936, this is India’s first national park. It is named after the legendary naturalist and conservationist Jim Corbett.  Located at the Himalayas’ foothills, near the popular hill-station of Nainital, the beautiful Jim Corbett National Park, is famous for being home to a large number of tigers, the highest among any Indian national park. Spread over 1318.54 sq km, of which 520 sq km is the main area, and the remaining is buffer; the park is spread over the picturesque landscapes of Pauri Garhwal, Almora, and Nainital. The jeep safari into the dense forest to see the wild animals in their natural habitat is a must-have experience. And if you are lucky, then you may get a chance to even spot a tiger. While on the jeep safari, enjoy the lush green forest’s views cut across by streams and rivers and a few waterfalls. There are accommodations available inside the park for night-stay as well, which offer you once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Day 1 : TRANSFER FROM DELHI TRANSFER TO NAINITAL

Your journey for the state of Uttarakhand starts from Delhi. It takes around 8 hours to drive up the hill. On reaching, you can check in at the hotel or go for a walk and sightseeing close by. You can enjoy the boat ride at Naini Lake and collect some souvenirs. In the evening you return to the hotel, have dinner and go off to rest.

Nainital Lake: also known as Naini Lake a natural freshwater body, situated amidst the township of Nainital in Kumaon, tectonic in origin, is kidney shaped or crescent shaped and has an outfall at the southeastern end.

Day 2 : NAINITAL EXCURSION.

Nainital has many tourist attractions and beautiful picnic spots in and nearby. Right after breakfast, you can begin to explore the place. Visit the Hanumangarhi temple, having a beautiful picnic spot; visit the three nearby lakes of Bhimtal, Sattal and NaukuchiaTal. All of them offer a great view of the surroundings and you can enjoy the boat rides here. In the evening, return to the hotel, have dinner and retire for the next day.\

Hanumangarh: is a city in the Indian state of Rajasthan, situated on the banks of the river Ghaggar also identified as Ancient Sarasvati river, located about 400 km from Delhi. It is the administrative seat of Hanumangarh District. The city was once called Bhatner (alternatively spelled Bhatnair) because it was founded by king Bhupat in 255 AD. It remained in the control of the Rajputs of Bhati clan and later occupied by Rao Jetsa of Bikaner.

Day 3 : TRANSFER FROM NAINITAL TO CORBETT

It is time to leave the hills of Nainital. Check out from the hotel in the morning after breakfast. It takes around 4 hours to reach the next destination of the Corbett National Park. You check in at the hotel and after a little rest embark on the evening safari in Jim Corbett National Park or can relax for the rest of the day. Dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.

Corbett National Park: Jim Corbett National Park is a forested wildlife sanctuary in northern India’s Uttarakhand State. Rich in flora and fauna, it’s known for its Bengal tigers. Animals, including tigers, leopards and wild elephants, roam the Dhikala zone. On the banks of the Ramganga Reservoir, the Sonanadi zone is home to elephants and leopards, along with hundreds of species of birds.

Day 4 : TRANSFER FROM CORBETT TO DELHI

In the Morning, you can set out for a fun safari ride (Cost Extra) inside the National Park, where you can see animals like the famous tigers, deer, leopards, jungle cats and elephants etc. after sightseeing drive back to Delhi.
